In addition, Proptech Innovation has close relations with other Norwegian business clusters such as GCE Ocean Technology, NCE Seafood, NCE Finance Innovation and NCE Media and innovation system providers such as VIS Innovation and StartupLab.
Together with NCE Media, NCE Finance Innovation and VIS we have ADA Tech Lab, a startup incubator for tech startups, led by Nikolai Nordbotn.
Our collaborations also include webinars, Innovation Week and the Norwegian Cognitive Center for Applied AI.
Norwegian Cognitive Center (NCC)
The Norwegian Cognitive Center is a “nonprofit” project that helps organizations with creating value out of their data. Together with their consortium, they build competence in AI across industries and the public sector, where they provide infrastructure in terms of personnel, know-how, and AI platforms. Learn more about them here through NCE Media here.
This area includes activities such as speed-dating, matchmaking, investor pitching, innovation workshops, hackathons and a proptech coworking space. In addition to specific bi- and multilateral innovation projects, we engage in collaborative initiatives such as smart building projects involving physical and practical implementation.
We also collaborate with Proptech Bergen Cowork. Their cowork, located both in the city center and in Fyllingsdalen, is a coworking space in the proptech community. They aspire to create a vibrant environment with like-minded people who can learn from each other.
Proptech Innovation was founded after a study tour, and the first activity after that was to go abroad to discover what was happening in the industry. Globality, therefore, lies in the genes of the cluster project.
We collaborate with international partners such as Metaprop in New York City, Plug and Play (Paris office) and Digilab Scandinavia, which is a door opener to international business environments.
Activities include study tours, startup pitching, networking and Proptech Innovation Conference, which has international ambitions.
