BOB is a housing cooperative owned by over 75,000 members, which means there are no owners demanding dividends. The surplus goes back to BOB, which uses this to build more homes for its members. In addition to having priority to buy used homes and preferential rights for new housing projects, they also offer a range of benefits for you as a member.
