Proptech Innovation samler aktører i en viktig bransje som trenger å bli både «smartere» og grønnere. Connect samler gode gründere, investorer og selskaper som vil gjøre skape grønne vekstvinnere. For Connect er derfor Proptech Innovation en perfekt klynge å samarbeide tett med da vi utfyller hverandre i det vi tilbyr, men har overordnet helt samme mål.

Project: Optimized Property Services

The real estate industry is transforming significantly due to data and emerging technologies, and The Optimized Property Services project is one of the key initiatives.

By utilizing data to forecast building usage, we aim to adapt both facility- and energy management, and maintenance operations to actual needs.

This initiative originated from one of our dedicated members, 4Service, who championed the idea. They kick-started with a workshop in our cluster, providing a platform across various fields to collaborate and drive innovation.

Now, we are implementing these ideas through our pilot project, and laying the groundwork for a full scale rollout. The project could be a start of a transformation in the way we manage real estate.

Project: Digital EPDs for Upcycled and Reused Materials

As part of our commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are initiating the Digital Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for Upcycled and Reused Materials project.

With this project we aim to establish a digital framework that captures, tracks, and communicates the environmental impact of materials throughout their lifecycle.

We promote a circular economy approach within the construction and real estate industry by focusing on upcycled and reused materials. The project emphasizes transparency and responsibility, increasing informed decision-making on the use of materials.
