Membership Model

The Proptech Innovation's membership model contains four membership fee levels which are based on the members' size measured by number of employees and the members' role in the association.

The basis for the calculation of the membership fee is therefore based on the membership model.

Large enterprises are defined as having 250 or more employees, in accordance with the EU's definition. Companies with 10 employees or fewer receive conditions equivalent to the Founder level.

Membership fee model and specific membership fee are revised annually through decisions made at the membership meeting, as per the bylaws.

The Business is obliged to inform the association of changes in the number of employees that impact which membership fee interval the Business belongs to, upon contract renewal.
